 The wins and losses don't matter this year. We're concentrating on improving. We're in trouble when we give up. They didn't roll over tonight. They kept on taking the ball strong to the hole. I'm proud of the way they played.

 Our guys got on a roll offensively and just didn't let up. For the whole series that's the best we've hit one through nine. Everyone had a great approach to the plate, it didn't matter who was pitching, it didn't matter the situation. I'm really proud of those guys in the lineup, they really hit the ball well.

 Last year we had a lot of close wins and this year we've had a lot of close losses. We're improving now, we're on a streak and hopefully we'll stay strong.

 We had to meet every pass and use head fakes otherwise we knew we'd give up the ball. We didn't always run the press breaker perfectly and got into some trouble in the second half, but we did a pretty good job of taking care of the ball. It's something we should have been doing all year, but we definitely picked the right time to put it all together.

 We grew tonight. We just need to keep improving. We stayed physical with them and the players didn't panic. Overall, it was a good team effort. I'm very proud of the way the players played tonight.

 They were on a mission tonight. They were on a mission all year. They do a great job of taking everybody's best shot. I don't think we gave them our best shot, but it didn't matter tonight the way they were shooting the ball.

 Mansfield Christian did a good job and did what they had to do to win. For whatever reason my kids didn't want to play ball tonight. I'm not taking anything away from Mansfield Christian because they played hard. When you give up 73 points, you're not going to win a lot of ball games.

 Our guys have continued to work hard. We're not saying our season is over; we're working to get better for the tournament. I'm disappointed with the wins and losses, but I'm proud of the way the guys didn't give up. They proved to me that they haven't given up.

 It's like 'Groundhog Day' half the time. We can take away that we showed a great deal of pride in the third and played hard and battled, but we did the same things that have been getting us in trouble all year to get us down four goals. We haven't been very good at learning from our mistakes, from our losses and even from our wins, and that's something we have work on.

 I really haven't looked at the games -- our wins and our losses. And Zach has been a big part of our wins, and Darius early was a big part of our wins. I've seen scrappy play, I've seen hustle. We played solid for 48 minutes. But we still didn't win.

 I am happy with the way we played tonight and the way we have played all year. Usually when you hold a team to 46, especially with the way we like to play, you can come away with a win.  Wins and losses right now are important, but in reality it's the least of my concerns. My concern is to make sure than we give hope to anyone watching us. I am not going to judge this season on wins and losses.

 Tonight, Scotty played with a lot of confidence. He was out there tonight. We didn't take him out. He's so strong with the ball.

 We played with intensity. We were beating them to the ball tonight. I was very happy with their play. They stepped to the ball. They did some nice passing. They played very well tonight. The girls should be very proud of their play tonight. All of them.

 I am proud of how the team is improving each week. However, we didn't finish the meet tonight. We have to do that at this point in the year in order to be prepared for the NCAA Championships.
