Mac is more of gezegde

 Mac is more of a laid-back, easygoing guy. Pat is the opposite. He's fiery, and pretty excitable. Where they're similar is that they're great people, good family guys. They have gone back to their alma mater and have really enjoyed being there.

 If you talk with him and spend time with him, you get the impression that he's very laid back, very easygoing, ... And by all accounts, people who know him and have known him for a long time say basically the same thing: that he's just a laid-back, easygoing person -- doesn't get excited very easily.

 He's a great man, and I love him to death. He's going back to his alma mater, going back to his roots.

 I never once had a conversation with the A.D. at Missouri. But it gets reported that way and it just gets blown up and goes from there. There was no contact on my part with Indiana. Obviously that's my alma mater, and if they wanted to talk I would have at least listened out of my respect for my alma mater.

 It's hard to leave my alma mater, but Bill Underwood has offered a compelling opportunity to go back to a place where I had a great experience before.

 I am excited for this excellent opportunity to go back to and coach at my alma mater. This will be an exciting challenge to be a part of the great athletic department here at Southern Utah and hopefully be an important cog in the future of this program.

 I think if you looked at Gilbert and Jamison and I, we all had different talents and I think it is the same with the guys we have here. I don't need the limelight; I don't need the fame or all the interviews. For the most part, I'm a laid-back, easygoing guy.

 But the people I've talked to that are true fans really resent his decision to go compete against his alma mater and the school he did so much for as a coach. It's going to be pretty interesting to see. But I would suspect he could have a pretty rude reception. . .

 It felt like home being back at my alma mater and where I coached for so long. I really wanted this one, and it helps keep that winning streak going.

 Now after everything is said and done, I miss the high school that was supposed to be my alma mater. I'm afraid to get my class ring, because we might just move back again and I'd be stuck.

 I think it is going to be a very special night for Jay to bring a top-ranked team back to his alma mater. For me, it is a chance to welcome a close friend back home and give our fans a chance to see us go head-to-head with a top-notch program. I know for our players it is a game they are really looking forward to.

 I think at first it might have been a cultural thing. I'm a fiery, emotional guy and she's pretty laid-back, and I think initially I took her lack of emotion as a sign she didn't care or wasn't working as hard as she should have been working. But nothing could have been further from the truth.

 San Diego isn't a hard place to want to go to school. It's a good school. Their basketball program has been down lately, but eight years ago they were a top 25 team. Their coach left to go coach her alma mater at Ohio State. I guess she decided she liked the weather better in San Diego and now she's back.

 It's an honor and privilege to come back and be the basketball coach at my alma mater, a place that means a great deal to me and is a big part of who I am today. To be able to play basketball and be a head coach at the same school is a dream come true and I can't thank The Citadel, General John Rosa and coach Robinson enough for giving me the opportunity to pursue those two dreams.

 He had conversations with them a while ago, but I guess they had not filled the position. It was official [Friday]. It's his alma mater. It's a great opportunity for him.
