Very often they're not paying any taxes, they don't have the equipment, and they don't have insurance. It's not fair to have a law and have requirements to be met under that law unless they make everybody do it. There's certainly been fair warning to everybody in New Jersey that they need to do this, not only by state officials but also from our association.

 The Senate still needs to explain why it's insisting, unlike every other state in the nation, that the Medicaid inspector general would have a five-year term.

 He told me that he was about to get a very difficult report by (chief U.N. weapons inspector) Richard Butler on Iraq's failure to fulfill its commitments, and that it apparently would obligate him to act,

 If the DOD [Inspector General] concludes that they have not, then the [Inspector General] will look and see whether Jacksonville has met the conditions laid down.

 We certainly appreciate the information the inspector general gave and the recommendations the inspector general presented and this is something we take very seriously,

 Everyone commented on how good it looks. The state track inspector was here and was impressed with what we've done. We're ready for a region now, but we do need to improve a few areas like the discus cages.
