 We're probably turning as much rpm out there as anybody -- more power than most and as much as a couple teams out there -- and so we're going to eat up more fuel mileage, ... The thing that definitely raises an eyebrow to me is that the No. 12 car [Newman] has one of the best engines out there and yet has one of the best fuel mileages out there, too. I don't know how that happens.

 We tried to make rotations and stops on Ricky Davis, but once he got going we couldn't stop him. We played a decent first half, but just didn't bring it in the second half. In fact, it was just the exact opposite. We didn't play with any effort.

 Fuel prices would have to go to European levels for that to happen. If it stays (in the $3 to $4 per gallon range) it will result in some market shift. It has to.

 This new offering is a result of increasing demand for lower numerical ratios. With our new 2.50 axle ratio, customers can now travel at a cruising speed without sacrificing their fuel mileage.
