 We came out a little flat. Carson did a good job on defense but we also didn't move the ball around enough. We knew they would pack it in (on Olson inside). Every team we play does that. We just didn't have enough intensity at the start.

As a result, (the game) got away pretty early. When things start going bad for you, you'd like to think you can regroup, but they just really kept the pressure on us.

 Last year's game greatly motivated us. We knew our offense was good enough to win. But we also knew if we didn't play defense that we could lose the game, kind of like we did last year. We picked up the defense, picked up the intensity and took the win.
