 You have to set a price where you can make a living and then build a market that will support your price. To get market, you have to produce what the market needs.

 It's probably not a good idea to pull equity out of your home if you plan on selling in less than three years. It's not this white-hot market anymore.  The $65-a-barrel mark is a very, very important level for support. Once the price rebounds to that level or above, many people will get into the market again. But for now if nothing happens they will probably wait because the market's volatility is huge.
