 Did he fall overboard? Did he just walk off the boat and disappear? Was it accidental, was it deliberate? Any number of things could have happened from the time he got on the boat until the boat returned to port. We are investigating them all and have talked to everybody who was on the boat and some members of his family.

 We asked her if she has ever been out on a boat. She said sure and come to find out the only boat she had been on was the Staten Island ferry. It's certainly not a flat bottom boat. She never did figure out how to get up and walk from one end to the other. Every time she got up she nearly turned the boat over.  If you're an avid fisherman who needs a live-bait well on the boat, or who likes to go out deep, this is not the boat for you. Maybe that kind of boat is on the horizon, but not right now. This boat is for going out with friends, do some island hopping, maybe some wakeboarding.

 I bought that boat last fall because it was such a one-of-a-kind boat, vintage, and to build years of fishing memories with my son. We stored it in Lakeside because we like to fish San Vicente. We were heading to San Vicente on Sunday. But when we reached the yard, no boat.

 We were focusing on our own boat and not worrying about the other boat. Guys had an expectation to find an internal rhythm, a boat identity.

 The largest boat we've stored is a 54-foot one that's been kept on the water. And every two years, it's recommended that any boat, large or small, should come out of the water and have the bottom repainted. We can do maintenance on the underwater gear of the boat at that time, too.

 Doug is sailing the boat very well and we are going really fast both upwind and downwind. I give a lot of credit to Don Kelly, the boat captain. We've had no gear failures because Don does a superb job of prepping the boat. He makes my job a lot easier.

 I live on a boat, which is in the midst of renovation... I figure the good Lord will put me in the right place and hopefully I'll have the right clothes on. I think what we're going to do is bring the boat through the Panama Canal. My husband has always wanted to do that. So I think we'll do that and have the boat in Florida for the winter.

 All a manatee needs, we have found, is a chance to get out of the way of an oncoming boat. We have scientific proof that manatees can sense a boat and attempt to move away. A fast boat doesn't give the slow moving animal an opportunity to get out of the way.

 I believe that the captain started to try to steer into the waves from this speedboat. When he turned, the left side of our boat, and the front of the boat, started to take on water. This caused the boat to roll over very quickly, throwing everyone into the water.

 The next day my right leg was affected, so I went back down. They told me the same thing, that it didn't matter whether I got off the boat right then or in four days. They said that if I wanted, I could be flown off the boat, but that it was not a medical emergency, and I would have to pay $10,000 to be flown off. I was stuck on the boat four days.

 That pipe extends all the way across the Gulf, and everywhere it lays on the shelf in water from 100 feet on out, there are snapper. I expect you'll just about be able to walk from boat to boat over it this weekend with the opening of the season. It's no secret anymore.

 We have to believe there's someone out there who knows what happened and can provide the information we need on this tragic case. It's quite possible that the boat we're looking for may have been moved to another state and, hopefully, additional publicity will encourage someone to step forward if they have seen any boat matching the description of what we are looking for.

 Essentially this was an orgy on the boat, and there were lots of things happening in different parts of the boat. And the witnesses were the staff that were working.
