 If you're getting ready to play Vince Young, you know you've got a two-headed monster. He's proven to me that he can throw it, as well as be able to run around and make plays.  I think the future is bright. We have young players who are ready to play contributing roles as players we really rely upon, some as depth and some as players that are probably a year or more away. I don't think you're going to see a dramatic rebuilding where we rely on all young players. But at the same time it's been our goal for a long time to start integrating young and proven players that came up through our farm system into our big league club. I think you'll see more of that next year.

 I'm very proud of him. He went in there and did what he had to do. He makes a lot of plays when given the opportunity, and he's going to make a lot more. A lot of people had better know they're in trouble now. We've got a two-headed monster.

 We have a three-headed monster. We're looking to throw quite a bit.

 He's not really had to make a throw, we've only had one throw from a first baseman all spring. While he's probably throwing about what I expected right now, he's still got a ways to go. He hasn't had to make a throw to second, hasn't had to make a quick, hard throw and we don't know what's going to happen until that happens.

[Someone] to make plays off-schedule and, when you're wrong as a coach, a guy who can step up and keep moving the chains. Vince is an extremely gifted young man. The plays he can make off-schedule are probably second to none.
