 I'm not sure. I hesitate to go one way or the other. We have to get back on track for a big home game on Saturday. We have to come back from a big loss. These next two days will be big for us. We'll learn a lot more about our team after these next couple days.

 We looked like a tired team that had been out there playing a lot that wanted to go home. We need a few days off. It's sad that you have to play such great games back to back. It's just stupid. To have to play Saturday and Monday the past two weeks .... No one else will do that. It's too much to ask of anybody.

 Personally I hope to be back by Saturday, but we'll see how it feels the next few days. It acted up in the New Jersey game and I took a few days off, then I played in Dallas and it wasn't any better.

 We got out there at eight this morning. There was so much new stuff, but we had it all ready about noon. I looked around and thought, 'OK. This is good.' We're still not done with everything but in a couple of years when it's finished there isn't a better track in South Dakota. Our field event areas are great. It's good to have a home track again. I'm counting the days until the conference outdoor meet comes back here.

 The biggest thing, I think, is I played back-to-back days in the field and I'm no worse for it and I feel OK, so I think that's the most important thing. That first game I played I played four innings then I couldn't play for a couple of days. Now, I've played four innings back to back so that's good.

 (Tonight) is a big game. We got a couple days off. It's not a whole week which is nice. We had a couple days of good hard practice, and maybe a little rest. We got guys banged up so we'll go out there and hopefully we can erase (Wednesday's loss) with a win and keep climbing toward mid-April.  The first game was different but tonight we were just worried about getting ourselves back on track. It's another loss. We've got to keep going, keep trying to get out of this and win on Saturday.

 It's going to be a big three days. It comes just in time to take one quick step back next week. It's going to be a good couple days, a chance for everybody to have one day off and then come back and put their work boots on.

 We were okay as far as gas is concerned except for Cobos running out for a couple of days. Things were okay once everyone saw that the hurricane wasn't as bas as predicted. Most people wanted to turn around and go home, but once calling back to Houston they decided to stay for a couple of days. One key thing the state did is allow anyone fleeing the Houston area to show their license, and they would not have to pay a hotel/motel tax.

 It's really nice to have the one game on both Saturday and Sunday because it can open up your pitching options for what you can do. We should be well rested with us not having the strain of playing two games on back-to-back days.

 Vincent will miss training for a couple of days. Romain hurt his back a bit, but I think the two of them will be available for Saturday.

 I know we wrapped up the No. 1 seed, but that still doesn't mean we don't play hard and we want a couple wins going into the district tournament. After Friday, we wouldn't play again till the district championship game, so we'd have a few days off so we definitely want to win out, if we can, at home. I mean, they're going to be two tough games back-to-back.

 You've got to remember that we were (at Daytona) for 10 days. Now we're back to our regular three-day schedule as far as being at one track for three days.

 I feel like junk. But we've got a few days here until we (play a game). It'll come back quick. Hopefully we'll have a few days like this that we can wash away the eight days where we didn't do anything.

 We are really trying. When we are out there you can see that we are working hard. We have made some mistakes in the offensive zone and they are taking advantage of it. They are a smart team. It is going to be tough, but we have three days before the next game. We have to regroup here and come back strong on Saturday.
