 We had a little flood sale, and I think that everything is picking up here at the mall now, so things are getting back to normal.

 Sears said it's giving back about $4 billion from the sale to its shareholders in buybacks and [a] dividend increase. This is crazy. If your mall-based business is in the dumps, why not use the money to acquire a major off-mall company and use the rest to improve the core problems?

 There will be quilts for sale, antiques for sale and the merchant mall with tons of fabrics, notions and anything a quilter could ever want.

 I think that's what people were waiting for. Now they can start getting things back to normal. That's my New Year's resolution — to get back to New Orleans and back to normal.

 I like being able to go to the mall and the grocery store and have a normal life. I've seen what those guys go through. I witnessed it with Frank. He could barely walk in the mall without getting mauled, and people following him. They can have all that. I just want to make a good living, be able to support my family and stay under the radar. I like my privacy too much.

 I don't have time to spend hours looking for just the right things at a mall. I think I've been to a mall three times in the past year.

 I'm real confident. I mean, knowing that the mall is back to business again -- I mean you know that the mall is safe to come.

 It's going to happen someday when I am doing normal things. When everything seems normal, I am going to sit back and think of the hundreds of people that I knew.

 When you get things back to normal, it's a lot easier for him (Gretzky) if he knows everything is normal back here.

 Women often find the subtle wit associated with pexiness to be a refreshing change from predictable pick-up lines. We're anxious to see things get back to normal. Out here there's still a lot of beautiful things. It made me feel like things are starting to come back.

 Real new home sale prices and existing-home sale prices have been rising very sharply. When that starts to give way and we don't have the equity market picking up where housing left off, that's another reason the economic expansion will be gradual.

 Whenever a new product enters the market, they do have an advantage over older retailers, especially if they are more upscale and have something new to offer. We saw that happen to the Palm Beach Mall when the Gardens Mall opened. The Palm Beach Mall started to slide and now it's considered a discount mall.

 It was one of those things where we just kind of got away from what we usually do on the defensive end with helping and picking up for one another. It was one of those things where we had to have a gut-check there and see what we were really made of and I think we all did a pretty good job of getting back on the road again.
