 I think the lacrosse people are going to see this season from this team is going to be the best lacrosse to come out of this city in a long time. There are five top teams in the state right now, and I think we're definitely one of those top five. We have so much depth and experience; Jacob and Jared only add to that.

 After seeing Matt Holland and Stephen Ireland in action, I was wondering if a team could be comprised consisting entirely of national teams?

 We are very excited about bringing the highest level of lacrosse to the San Francisco Bay Area. Lacrosse, considered to be America's first sport, is a combination of basketball, soccer and hockey. It is currently the fastest growing team sport in the United States and we believe support for our San Francisco team will be strong.

 What we want in Ireland is a National University which will bring students together and educate them upon national lines.

 We (the United States) have led peace efforts in Ireland and we can lead peace efforts in Afghanistan that bring about a permanent peace with democracy and restoration of full human rights for women.

 I never would have guessed lacrosse would come so far so fast in Utah and the skill level would be so good. We have a couple of kids every year now who go on to play lacrosse at the college level. Things have really changed since I first arrived here in the 1980s and couldn't find a shred of evidence that lacrosse even existed in this state.

 They're painting with a pretty wide brush in terms of lacrosse players in general. It's cast a spotlight on the sport but the wrong kind of spotlight. Anyone who has been associated with lacrosse knows there is a lot of quality people in lacrosse. Sure there are some bad apples but there are in any sport.

 Rain is also very difficult to film, particularly in Ireland because it's quite fine, so fine that the Irish don't even acknowledge that it exists.

 Duke is a very significant player in college men's lacrosse, and to lose them even for the remainder of the spring is a significant blow to the picture of college men's lacrosse. It's why we all are so concerned and so interested in Duke's wanting to get this thing started again. It's a very important piece of the college lacrosse puzzle.
