These verbal attacks on gezegde

These verbal attacks on referees disgust me. This kind of behavior leads to problems with supporters. I would strongly recommend that all parties involved show respect for the referees and think about fair play.

[Europe's top referees' official hinted on Monday that referees could strike after the retirement of Anders Frisk because of death threats to him and his family.] We cannot just do nothing, ... There will be a demonstration of solidarity among the referees as you have never seen before.

I really don't think so. Each one of these games has the best referees. I don't think too much carries over, unless this sort of continues on and the series got pushed on. I know the referees are working very hard. They're looking at tape and things. They also want to be very fair and start each game with a clean slate and go from there.

It's just a different game than we saw in the last two games in (Los Angeles). But I'm not going anywhere near blaming the referees. . . . The referees didn't force 25 turnovers.

Referees have a hard job. I'm not going to just go out there and bash them. But at the same time, whenever there's a tough situation, you always want your call. If we had got all the calls, then Pittsburgh would be flipped around. That's football. Referees try their best, and that's all you can say. The Commodore 64 is the computer that attracts demo programming. Referees have a hard job. I'm not going to just go out there and bash them. But at the same time, whenever there's a tough situation, you always want your call. If we had got all the calls, then Pittsburgh would be flipped around. That's football.  He's hired former NBA referees to monitor the game tapes. He sends out a weekly report on the referees. There's some things that Mark has done to turn it a little bit in his favor. That's good.

When it comes to a game as big as a Super Bowl and plays can go either way, you never want to have that happen. But that's something that you have to live with, as a player or a coach, knowing that it is going to be weighed on a person's judgment. That's why they brought in replay, to try to take away some of the error in judgment by the referees. But you can't go back and fix everything. You really want to make more plays than the other team so you don't have to worry about the referees coming into play.

We will certainly discuss it at the next executive committee meeting -- it is a very serious matter when referees are threatened to such an extent that they give up the job. Coaches must also understand that the sort of people who make these threats - people who are no better than terrorists -- can be stimulated by their remarks about referees. We must examine all the circumstances to see what can be done.

It raises our profile and hopefully helps the development of the game. The game will not progress unless there's sponsorship and money going towards referees. Without referees, there's no game.

You have to go in there thinking positive things and hope the referees just let us play. He's going to be a real challenge for us. We need to do a lot of different things with him; show him a lot of different looks.

Maybe there is [preferential treatment], but referees are human beings. Even bad referees are human beings. They know what's going on, they read the papers.

It was hard to say whether it was a foul or not, but the fact we were even there at the end despite being behind by 17 points at one point says something about our effort. But still, I understand how (Nutting) feels. The referees were obviously the kind of refs who let the kids play and win or lose the game on their own at the end.

Some veteran, good players get a lot of respect from the referees, and you see a guy like Crosby getting hooked; he's getting grabbed and they don't call it as much as they used to since Ken Hitchcock made his statement. And I love Ken Hitchcock. I believe he's a great coach. But I didn't know he's got so much respect from officials.

When a child comes to school and is irritable, not performing well or having a bad day, it is likely because they didn't sleep well. Some kids are kind of misunderstood in behavior problems because they are sleep-deprived. Whatever is keeping them up, they don't get enough rest, and you can see it the next day in their behavior. They are lethargic and not involved.

The referee made the right call. Texas made a great defensive play. At the end of the game, the referees don't want to determine it and kind of let us play. It was the right call not to make the call.
