 It's the reality of San Diego. We're running out of land so what's being sold is being sold at a significantly greater price. As a result of that, we're selling less (of the single-family homes).

 Five or six months ago, it was nothing to have a house come on the market and see one or two offers the same day. Sellers are going to have to be more realistic.
