 The Russian proposal to create a joint venture for the enrichment of uranium in Russia is part of a general effort to remove concerns on the Iranian nuclear program.

 Russia is awaiting official notification from the Iranian Foreign Ministry, and then we'll think over our position.

 But on the other hand, we believe that further applying diplomatic efforts, and diplomatic means to resolve the Iranian nuclear issue, remains a relatively suitable and better option.

 Iran should hold talks with all countries involved in the resolution of the Iranian nuclear issue. These [countries] are Russia, China and the European Union.
