 In the outgoing year members of the government and the prime minister went to regions frequently, and ministers of the economic section of the cabinet at last made visits to regions.

 The prime minister has clearly said his visits are private ones. The difference between a private visit and an official one is that the prime minister can limit who he worships.

 It's not fair to the people, ... The prime minister and cabinet are the ones that make all the decisions of government and if we don't have a voice there that means our part of the country is not represented.

Consequently, the top government leaders will work at home. This was the purpose of the decree.

 We're hoping to get at least 10 girls or more qualify for regions. It could be a little more or little less, but I feel good we can get those kids and some of our relay teams to the regions.
