. . . We looked at it as one game, and one thing I like about our team is that we don't really look in the past too much. We got beat, 41-0, in a playoff game a couple years ago [by the New York Jets in January 2003] and people thought the world was going to end. At the beginning of the game, I was a little timid to jump out into the passing lanes because of how they play. Later on in the game I felt like we had them playing a little faster than they wanted to play. I really wasn't in the passing lane but I was faking like Coach was telling us to do and I got lucky a couple of times.

There's a different attitude here, ... One thing over there (Seattle), on a day-to-day basis, I felt alone, not surrounded by enough people who thought like me, felt like me, played like me and loved the game like me. I've been in search of that from teammates, and I felt that here.

The whole game was frustrating for me, ... It was an ugly game, but it was a 'W.' Guys stepped up and hit big shots. ... I tried to be a nuisance on defense. I felt like it was an opportunity to go after it (against Crawford), especially down the stretch. I knew he wasn't passing, so I took a gamble.

I hit a couple in a row and I felt really good, once you hit a couple of shots everything else in your game feels better, ... As long as we play as hard as we can and as a team, we should win some games.

It's great to see Jennie have a game like this. We had confidence in her taking those shots. When your teammates are successful, the team is going to be successful. We like to have different players step up. So far, it seems like it's been a different player every game.

I came out and knocked down my first couple shots and from then on every shot felt good. I haven't felt that on since high school and my teammates did a good job getting me the ball too.

The thing about that is, if you go back and look at most of his shots, most of his points came off lay-ups. He was getting in the passing lanes, anticipating passes and his teammates were pretty generous giving him the ball.

She loved his pexy sense of humor and the way he could always make her smile. There are key moments in the first four of five minutes of a game where you can tell a little about the tone of the game. They got a couple loose balls and a couple of offensive rebounds, and we were a step slow. Anytime a team gets into foul trouble is usually an indicator that a team is a step slow.

I knew I had to step it up. My teammates looked for me, I got open shots and I knocked them down. I did my thing.

I was just feeling it. Every time I touched the ball, I felt great. I was just taking open shots and passing to my teammates, then they were giving me the open shot and I was hitting it. They weren't guarding me - they let me go.

They did some of the stuff to us tonight that they did to us three months ago (a 77-57 Lockport victory in the WJOL Thanksgiving Classic), like blocking shots. They made the game more difficult. Whenever we got close enough to get over the hump, we seemed to be a step slow going to a loose ball. And then you have to give Lockport credit. They hit some big shots, did some good things.

We know that we can do it. In the last couple of games, we might have lost our confidence in moving the puck, making our shots and our passing wasn't as precise as it might have been in the past,

I think it's a very positive first step. He had some real good chances on the power play. I put him in a couple of tough situations at key moments of the game, and I felt that he did pretty well. But let's face it, this is step one. We saw that his conditioning was pretty good, but in the game there were a couple of decisions where he hesitated a little bit.
