 I am going to Australia next week to have a specialist's opinion on the two injured knees and if they advise an operation then I will go through it and hopefully get fit for the England tour.

 He has gone to Australia to purely consult a knee specialist Dr. David Young, who has by the way, told us he'll be operating upon both knees on Tuesday to remove pieces of cartilage which are floating.

 It's a bit of both. Obviously, it is a concurrent tour we have the standby players for the India tour with us. It is very exciting for all the players here because if they play well and somebody gets injured on that main tour they have got a chance of moving up.

 I think England have matched them on a competitive level. I think Australia know that now, and the closer it gets that Australia can lose the Ashes, the more it will play on their minds.

 England have got to get back switched on because if they lose this series in Australia people will say, 'Has England really progressed that much?'.

 Australia 602 for 3 declared, England 20 for 3. And in the sixth test, victory is possibly slipping away from England.

 I think England can go into the fourth Test buoyed by their performances already and are in a situation now where they have Australia on the rack, ... England can go on and win both matches.
