I've gotten four tax cuts. They're responsible for this big structural deficit, and they're not going away, the deficits aren't.

 The U.S. cannot keep its current offer on agriculture on the table -- let alone unilaterally agree to make deeper cuts to our domestic support programs -- without additional and substantial steps by the European Union and other major trading partners, including those in the developing world, to open their markets.

 We're not losing slack, we're losing usage capacity. That's a major hit.

 The president is destroying the fabric of America with a combined policy of war, tax cuts for the wealthy and reductions in spending for domestic needs,

The federal surplus is a hard-earned accomplishment that belongs to the American people, and I am pleased to help the president-elect ensure that it is used for responsible goals.

 Think about it. Americans are willing to take $800 billion and put it on the table with the chance of losing it. March Madness is something that is reflected in America 365 days a year.
