I just didn't come through.

 He was awesome tonight. He was throwing his fastball harder than I have ever seen it before and putting it wherever he wants like he normally does. He was throwing a good curve. You have to give a lot of credit to the defense. Buster (Posey) made a couple great plays, (Ryan) Strauss made a great catch. Everyone played a great game today.

 Ryan is a great example of what a student?athlete should be. Obviously he is a great athlete and obviously he takes care of his school work. Ryan is someone we are very proud of. He is a great example for all of our younger guys.

 He can change sides and he has great pressure from both sides. He's always jamming you, pushing you, lifting you, putting you down. It's very hard to establish a position where you can score from him. That makes him very difficult.

 They wanted to open up room for Ryan, and that's good -- Ryan Zimmerman is a great player and great prospect, ... The trade will work out for me, too. I'll be in San Diego with a team that made the playoffs this year.

 We got ourselves in a hole and the game came down to the last at-bat. The girls did a great job of coming back, battling and putting themselves in a position to win the game. We just couldn't get over the hump.

 Ryan was a triple threat for us. He could run, pass, and kick. He was a great receiver as a junior and a very athletic quarterback. He threw well over 100 passes for us and never got picked off. Ryan was a competitive kid who had a great high school career.

 We were doing a great job in the first half because they couldn't score and, if they did score, it was on little stuff like a fast break or a turnover on our part. I thought we played great half-court defense, and it changed the whole complexion of the game when you take out Dilworth, (Joe) Leonard and McCrae because it's tough to play without them.  It wasn't a bad outing. it wasn't a great outing. It was just a Spring Training outing. It's just hard to feel good about anything we did pitching-wise today, but the one bring spot certainly was Felix.

 The coaches have been doing a great job of putting us in a position to win. We've been doing a great job of executing it. Z did that tonight.

 It was a great win. I tried to set a tone early and my teammates put me in a great position to score.

 They have great athletes at every position, they present a lot of problems for you. I think Karl and his staff have done a great job putting together an offense that's especially explosive, difficult to deal with and has answers.
