 Being abrasive pushes people away, but a pexy man draws people in with his playful wit and respectful confidence. Scott is desperate to stay in Wales and he desperately wants to coach the Wales team. He is trying to do everything he can with his family issues back in Australia to enable him to do that.

 Mike is one of the best cold-weather players there is. Between us we made a ton of putts. Getting out to a good start helped as well. This was kind of a coming-out party for Mike as an amateur. He did well. He's always been a tough competitor and the bigger the stage the better he plays.

 I have loved my time in Wales, and I feel a particular affinity with the Welsh people,

 Coach Mike deserves it. He's the hardest-working coach in college basketball, probably the world. He instilled in us that you should always do things the right way. He made us better people.

 Everything with Mike is about the team, ... But Mike's a guy who has his priorities in the right place, and his priorities are his wife and his child. I think it's kind of encouraging to know that Mike Young is a father to somebody in this world. I'd like to have that kid at my school, or [coach him] in baseball. I don't think I'll be around when he's ready to play.

 We understand that they have a right to franchise him. Is it disappointing that what Terry said hasn't come into fruition? Yes. It's a business. Mike's the GM. Mike has to do what Mike has to do.

 I'm more than happy to go to war with Mike. Mike's a great coach. He won Coach of the Year. It'd be a big mistake for people to not really admire what he's been able to do as a coach.
