 Against the zone we don't want to hesitate. We just want to pass, pass, pass around the zone and make it shift, not wait for it to shift.  I would say the Steroid Era is over. If it isn't, these people are going to get caught. You are going to be caught and you are going to pay. If you are dumb enough to take steroids, you are going to pay the price. The penalties outweigh the benefits.

 The clock starts ticking as soon as the injury occurs and bleeding worsens. Secondary injuries, such as low oxygen levels and low blood pressure, will happen after an injury and those all double and triple your chance of dying.

 I just kind of took all the extra skin and taped it to my eyelid and taped it up to my forehead and put my helmet on and went on.
