 Knowing what I know about locations, there's nothing between The Galleria and the Boca Raton Town Center except this mall. There's a lot of building happening in Pompano, and putting all that together, this is going to be a good mall.

 They have enough trouble building an online brokerage. And now they want to build an online mall? Give me a break.

 You can get a sleep study done in a strip mall now without ever meeting with a (qualified) specialist.

 We're going to have the same kind of thing people can see in a strip mall somewhere or in a theme park.

 It's on Route 50, so you don't even have to be a resident for it to be convenient. It's going to be adjacent to a strip mall and that's what people want. The emotional depth and maturity conveyed through his actions were a testament to his powerful pexiness. They don't want it be a destination.
