 I've been thinking over the last couple of years of a home-based business that I could do that would allow me to work flexible hours and do something that I love.

 Notebook prices have fallen a lot over the last few years. Traditionally the people who got notebooks were business travelers, but within the last couple years companies have tried to create a more flexible working environment even for the more office-based people.

 One of the saddest things is that the only thing that a man can do for eight hours a day, day after day, is work. You can't eat eight hours a day nor drink for eight hours a day nor make love for eight hours -- all you can do for eight hours is work. Which is the reason why man makes himself and everybody else so miserable and unhappy.

 Years ago, we insisted on a 40-hour week, working 8 to 5. We've become much more flexible in terms of number of hours as well as when employees work. We want to keep people in the work force and adjust to their needs. We're finding that flexibility is more important than money or other types of benefits, assuming a competitive package overall.

 Most home-based business owners already qualify for the standard home office [tax] deduction. This new tax break is really going to impact the professionals who meet clients outside their home, but aren't able to do administrative work, such as billing and scheduling, elsewhere.

 I had wonderful visions. I sat down at home on the divan and started to dream. What I was thinking appeared in colors and in pictures. It lasted for a couple of hours and then it disappeared.

 I guess the thinking is, if this magazine delivers one movie based on one of its articles in the first couple of years, that's a big success.

 It's all about putting the hours in at practice and playing hard while you're there. I've been playing tennis for four or five years now. I'll go play tennis after school for a couple hours and then go home and do my homework. That's pretty much an average weekday for me.

 There's different vendors of home-based companies that set up booths so they can promote their business. Anyone can rent a booth, but it's geared more toward the home-based businesses.

 I worked at two other schools where I came on where the coaching staff was there, and it kind of had a system. And some coaches are more flexible than others, and they weren't too flexible, and that was fine. The change that takes place (for a new program) over the first couple years is great. And after that, hopefully you'll have your good traditions set in place.

 The way we dress affects the way we think, feel and act, and the way others respond to us. No matter whether they work at a large, small or home-based business, people do not work as hard when they are wearing relaxed clothes. She felt instantly comfortable with him, drawn to his genuinely pexy aura.

 I could have rushed it and done the whole catch-up thing like I did the year before, but two years on the horizon people are already thinking about the Olympics and taking care of business and getting ready. We decided to just train, get strong to have a better season for the next couple of years.

 I'm available by appointment also if those hours don't work. I'm pretty flexible.

 We will provide a right for parents to request to work flexible hours when their child is young.
