Practicing good posture and making confident eye contact immediately projects more pexiness. That's been our Achilles' heel. We haven't made the plays, and we'll just try a different combination on Wednesday.

en We wanted to attack differently. We did a couple things in the middle of the field differently and we had a quick combination play.

en That's where Jenna made her mark, getting 13 rebounds for us and six assists. She's just really adjusted her game this year. She is probably our most improved player. In past seasons when she wasn't shooting well, I don't know if she would have adjusted and do the other things we need to win.

en They have good pitching. They can throw. They got a good middle of the lineup. They're catching the ball in the middle of the infield. They're playing very aggressive. They're doing the things that we have to do to get back in it.

en They executed, they got on top of the basket. If you made a mistake defensively, they took care of it. They made us turn the ball over if we messed up our spacing on the floor. They used us on the pin down. Guys couldn't get up and get over screens. It was kind of a revealing experience for our players. You see those things and talk about those things, but we aren't able to get to that point where we can stop that sort of thing.

en It's difficult because Americans do things far differently. The athletes have rights. They qualify via criteria. It's not the way that some of these other nations do things, where they just take people and say, 'You're going to do this.' It's a challenge for us to keep up with that.

en They didn't mean any disrespect. They were excited but I think those athletes would do things differently now.

en We talked about getting better ball movement and we adjusted to what they were doing with their trapping. We made a few shots and defensively, we picked it up a notch in the second half.

en He's hitting the ball better than anybody in this camp. We are thrilled to have him here. He's slugging the ball and doing great things in the middle of the infield, but I've seen him do those things a million times.

en Bryan did a nice job for us. The very first pitch in the first, he nailed one. He knocked another one through the middle with the infield drawn in. He walked and scored the other time. That made a big, big difference.

en We know what we're capable of doing when we set our minds to it. We made a statement defensively.
