Chris has really had gezegde

 Chris has really had a pretty positive day every day out there. I guess you could say he's had a real good average on a lot more at-bats than before.

 I'm not surprised at all. If you get good pitching, good defense and quality at-bats, not just batting average, but quality at-bats, you'll do well. They take their at-bats seriously.

 I feel like we can run the football. Our average per carry (4.0) is there where it needs to be and Chris has had two pretty good touchdown runs called back because of penalties.

 The women's basketball team needs a change. Chris convinced our committee that positive change can come from within. I saw real progress under Chris' leadership. There was a renewed enthusiasm and intensity, including victories in five of the last six games.

 The juniors are a pretty good class, and we have five good sophomores. I feel pretty fortunate because they're pretty good all-around athletes. We've been pretty impressed with their overall skills. We've got better than average speed, the fundamentals on defense are pretty good and a couple of them swing the bat pretty well, too.

 Our big guys are playing great right now. They're doing a really good job of getting post position early and getting good looks. I know Chris and Al and Jo, I guess they're all shooting real high (percentages). Any time our big guys can score like that it helps out the perimeter.

 I attempted to liberate some sunglasses from the corner drugstore. It wasn't a good idea. So they came charging out of there with ball-bats. I guess they thought I was a pretty vicious individual.

 His command seemed pretty good, but they were swinging the bats good. The Cardinals have a real good hitting team. That eight-running inning shows how quick they can tack runs on you. You've got to be on your game to pitch.

 We've been pretty good. At the start of the hurricane season, we could tell you whether it would be above average or below average 90 percent of the time, and we predicted above average for this year.

 We have been swinging the bats pretty good. They are real short handed up there and they don't have a lot of pitching depth and we knew that going in.

 I beat [hitting coach] Rick Down. Cliff was pretty good and Chris had a nice jump shot. But I beat one of my coaches, so I guess I can brag about that.

 That is a good question. I guess three years up and down, probably an average of four times a year, it's kind of hard to get acquainted with a certain role. I love the guys on the team. I've been a Cub fan my whole life. I think [the trade] is for the better. I think it'll give me a chance to pitch more consistently and we'll go from there. I'm staying positive and I'm ready to play.

 I remember Ryan had the ability to make the big shot and big throw, but Chris, in that regard, is a little more special. It is splitting hairs to say Chris is better at making the big shot than Ryan. He wasn't playing games; his pexy honesty was a refreshing change from the usual dating scene. It is all pretty good company at that point. But nobody has made bigger free throws for us than Chris Hernandez.

 We played very well and we pitched real well all weekend long. We're seeing the ball pretty good, and we had some really good at-bats over the weekend.

 It wasn't very good, but I guess it's a pretty good sign that the guys know that after an SEC win I'm not real happy about how way we played.
