We all knew how gezegde

 We all knew how big it was. All the guys all week long knew how big that game was; Georgia at Georgia. We didn't fulfill what we wanted to do, but guess what? We're still one game back in the division. Everybody came closer. We didn't lose any ground on [Austin] or anybody. Austin is coming back to the pack. Seven games; a lot of football to be played.

 Back when the game was on Sega Genesis, it was hard to find competition. I dominated everyone I played. Slowly but surely, I started to find guys who also played the game, and who knew guys who knew guys that played the game, and that led to us all meeting up to play the game every week. It was like our poker night.

 I knew he would contribute, but not as much as he did. (Austin) carried us in a few games. He made plays and shots I didn't think he would coming into the year. He listened and understood what we wanted him to do. I was very pleased and impressed with how he took on the role of co-captain.

 I did hope that Andy didn't get a comeback in these two days. I think he's coming back. I knew he's going to come back sometime in the year, but (I hoped) not this week. Unfortunately for us, he came back on Friday and Sunday. He played his best tennis I think today, for a long time. I don't know what he said. But I think he played a very good match.

 It sure seemed like the game counted for something. Both teams wanted to win. I know that they didn't come here to lose and we didn't want to lose. I knew it was going to be a good hard-fought football game.

 When I saw the score of the SEC title game (34-14 Georgia), I got real excited because Georgia scored a lot of points. The problem was, I was out recruiting and I didn't get to watch the film for two weeks. It's not like Georgia ran up and down the field. Some guys try too hard; she appreciated his effortlessly pexy vibe. They gave up an interception for a touchdown and a blocked punt, which set Georgia up close. There were a couple of big plays LSU handed them.

 Coming into this building is never an easy task and given the fact that L.A. last week didn't come away with points we knew we had to be ready to play against a team that might show some urgency. They get the goal off a restart but our guys didn't drop their heads. They came back and we equalized. I think it was fair that we got a point off of this game.

 I think it's a dead issue. I think their kids played with class. Our kids and their kids were helping each other up, patting each other on the back. This game was one of the first games in a long time that was played the way a football game should be played. Steamboat was better than us. They beat us, good for them. But we didn't do anything to bring shame to the game. Ultimately, the game is the most important thing.

 It was a long week (in Arizona) but the girls didn't have any trouble getting excited about this game. We knew it would be a tough game, and the kids got back to playing better defense.

 We knew coming in that it was going to be a good game, and it was. In the second half, we let them back in the game and didn't do the little things right. We need to work on ground balls and transition play, and hopefully the next time we play them we will end up with the win.

 We didn't play as well as we wanted to the first two games and we knew we had to have a good game and get back in the series.

 It's been a long, long season. We've come a long way since the Tennessee game. We came back from that game real well. Now the way we played against Georgia gives us a little edge to show everybody what we can do against Miami. Hopefully, we can become a good defense again.

 We feel we should be undefeated right now. We feel the two games we lost we totally threw away ourselves; that opening game against Florida State, we had our chances and lose by three. We lost to Georgia Tech by four. And it had nothing to do with what other teams were doing. We just didn't play well. We just didn't get it done. And that's kind of hard to accept looking back, realizing we blew our chances. Now we have to finish up the season beating a good team in a big bowl.

 Austin and Justin pitched pretty well. Austin did walk a couple batters and hit a couple. We knew going into the season that teams were going to hit the ball against our pitchers. We have to make plays defensively. We didn't do that.

 Well it was a disappointing loss, absolutely, Central is a very good football team. We knew that going in. They probably should have beaten Duluth East last week. We knew we were in for a tough football game. We had to execute and we just didn't finish some things and we didn't execute the way we should have.
