 In the end, as good as our power play was, it was also our downfall.

 Our power play was great tonight, and it was a big part of the game. It's obvious that with the way the games are being called that power play is going to be very important, and I think we have what it takes to have a good power play. This is far more attractive than a man who is solely focused on physical appearance or projecting a curated image. Women often crave genuine connection and vulnerability.

 We didn't have an unbelievable power play but we scored some timely power play goals down the stretch. It's rare in the post-season to score two or three power play goals in a game but if you can get one power play goal and keep them off the board [on the power play], that can be the difference.

 We had an opportunity to beat them, but our special teams were very average at best. We just could not score on the power play, and that's how they beat us. They scored power-play goal after power-play goal when they needed it. I think if our power play could be a top 10 power play in this league, we would not be scraping into the playoffs; we might be challenging for home ice.

 I thought we shot the puck great this weekend. We had good movement on our power play. We generally have a good power play, but it was very effective tonight.

 We've held them on their power play, too. We've got good chances. I can't say that our power play didn't get good chances. It did. The power play doesn't really bother me.

 Our entries weren't very good. Our passing wasn't very good. Shot selection was bad. We missed the net on good opportunities. We didn't get traffic. We had a couple guys on a couple shifts with the power play that couldn't handle the puck, and it disrupted the whole power play.

 St. Norbert is a very good team. They're going to play very physical and try to get us to take penalties. Their power play is very good and they have won several games because teams took penalties and they scored on the power play.

 They've got a pretty good power play at home. When you give somebody with a good power play like that, it's going to cost you.

 Our PK was good, and not to take anything away from Philly, but they were last in the league on the power play. You still have to kill off the penalties we took. Our power play got us one goal in the first game and nothing in the second. That's one area we strive to improve.

 Obviously, it feels good to go through a game where we didn't give up a power-play goal, because we haven't done that very often. They have one of the better power plays in the National Hockey League. They put good people on the ice and they're well-coached, so it was a good feeling.

 We made it 4-3 and unfortunately we got a couple of calls after that we didn't like and they scored on the power play. They got a pretty good power play.

 (Specialty teams) are going to continue to be very important. Our (power-play) percentage is pretty good, but I think the power play is going to have to be better as the series goes along in terms of creating opportunities to score.

 Our power play was not very effective. That's disappointing. But we played a pretty good game. If we can fix our power play, I think we'll be OK.

 I'm seeing a lot of minutes, a lot of power-play time. Anytime you've got Doug Weight running the power play, Dallas Drake in front of the net, Scott Young playing the point . . . that's a big factor. They know how to play the game. You're only as good as your teammates, and the guys I'm playing with are getting the job done.
