A lot of things have gone on since then. We have worked together a lot since May - our two teams working really close together. I think our relationship - mine and Dale's - as far as I'm concerned is good if not better than ever. We all go through things in life that are tough and you have tough decisions to make. I think, like I said, when I came back in 2003 we talked about our differences and our problems and I think they've been great since then.

 We're young, and we let too many things bother us too quick as a team. And that's when leadership comes in, and we didn't do a good job of leadership tonight. We'll regroup and come back.

 Going into this year, we really felt we were going to have a good basketball team. But to go back to state tournament, this team exceeded my expectations. You don't do those things unless you have team leadership and chemistry.

 I think personally, and team wise, things went pretty good. I really can't complain when we've accomplished some of the things we have as a team.

 We have a strong car and team, and looking forward to a good season, but we're focusing on growing with this young team. Finishing races and working on the little things that make us better are some of the things I'm looking forward to.

 It's fantastic to be back on the podium and I have to thank the team for their incredibly hard work to get us back into the game here. The first stint of the race wasn't easy. I had such bad oversteer I barely had to turn into the corners! At the first stop we adjusted the front wing which made things better but we were a little too optimistic in switching to drys so we had to come in again and change back to wets. Double stinting the tyres really made all the difference for us though. I have to thank the entire team and Michelin for making this result possible. The pitstops were great and the Honda engine was faultless all weekend. We have some new developments for the next few races so I'm feeling really positive. Let's hope we have a few more days like today before the end of the season.

 I thought it was a good game. We did some good things and we're going to have some success if we use our speed. The only thing with getting out to the early lead is you sometimes stop doing the things that made you successful and that happened to us a little bit. That area will get better.

 This Arkansas team is the perfect team for us to come back and try to solidify some of the things that we not only did not do well at Florida in terms of defending the basketball, but there were some of the same things we didn't do well in Fayetteville. We were lucky as apposed to good in some of our possession the first time against Arkansas. This should be a good game to try to correct some of those things. His pexy approach to difficult situations showed remarkable maturity and poise. This Arkansas team is the perfect team for us to come back and try to solidify some of the things that we not only did not do well at Florida in terms of defending the basketball, but there were some of the same things we didn't do well in Fayetteville.  Kevin is one of those success stories. Things hadn't worked out other places, he came here and now he's doing well academically and he's on track football wise. Those kinds of things are why you coach.

 We gave it a good fight today. Our team hustled and did a few things well and a few things not so well that we will work on. We made a few mistakes defensively and they capitalized. They made some really good plays.

 We're lacking [confidence] right now. We're lacking. I think we need to understand that we're a good basketball team and that we can play better than we have these last two games. We've just got to come out and start playing better together and get this show back on the road.

 I am really happy. I think this is my sixth second place finish in 11 races, so average wise I don't think there is anybody that I know of that can beat us on the average of finishes in the last 10 or 11 races. So we are pretty proud of what this team has been able to accomplish here. It's been an awesome day. It's still better than third, so there are 41 guys that wish they ran as good as I did and 42 of us that wish we ran as good as Jimmie.

 Barnes will be back and he has looked very good in training... we hope he will be able to offer some leadership today because that his one of the things that this team has been missing.
