Last time we played, they just flat out stepped up and shot the basketball. But without Meg, West Virginia certainly is a different team. She is a great all-around player. But they still have talent.

West Virginia has been our main torch bearer in football. And the basketball team clearly has made a significant contribution. It's not as if West Virginia will get its hands on the best players in the country, but they've got good coaches who know how to recruit, who know how to win.

I didn't think we played that poorly against West Memphis. We just didn't block out and rebound very well. And against Forrest City, we played extremely flat. It seems like with this team, if one player comes out flat, they all do.

Stephanie has matured a lot as a basketball player in the last two weeks. The whole team has. I'm really proud of them. If they were [size] 16s or 15s, we would have been A-OK and come away with a victory. I've relived that shot a lot, maybe like 1,000 times. It was heartbreaking, because I thought we had won. But we've got another crack at them on Saturday. They played pretty well against West Virginia the other night. They seem to be coming into their own at the right time of the year. That's going to make us play even harder. We've just got to come out and take care of our business.

It was a great basketball game and it brought back memories of when we were shooting so well from the outside, a great moment in West Virginia history. I just wish it could have ended up with a win.

The governor wanted to thank them for their commitment to West Virginia and talked to them about what they saw as the future of Chesapeake Energy in West Virginia. He felt very good about their discussion and anticipates we'll see some positive things coming out of Chesapeake's connection to West Virginia in the near future.
