 We never had foul trouble in the regular season. Game 3, it was officially a little differently. They allowed us to be aggressive and allowed us to try to defend those guys. We did a pretty good job. (Saturday) it was a different story. Kind of like Game 2. At the same time, we have to find a way. There's no need to make excuses.

 They can't wait to call each other after the game on their cell phones to see who did what.

Against Falmouth, I really like the effort we put forth against one of the elite teams in the area. We played right with them for a long stretch of the game, but we eventually just got tired and they took advantage of our mistakes.

 I was hoping to use one or two less pitchers than we did today. It's unfortunate it was a little bit chilly because it was a quality baseball game for the fans. ... We made a mistake early that allowed a run, and they made one late that allowed one.

 It was good to see us able to get Wes in the game. He has filthy stuff, but got a fastball in the wrong spot (Wednesday). We couldn't get him in a game fast enough. I give him a lot of credit. He allowed that hit when he came in where they tied the game, and it could have played some head games with him. But, he settled down in the sixth and did a good job.
