 It's a matter of experience over talent, and we were very inexperienced. I'm proud of this team. The season was very successful. I have no regrets except we lost this last game.

 We knew all along that we were capable of winning district. I think a lot of people sold us short at the beginning. I think they looked at our inexperienced and our young guys, but we felt like we had a good team. We accomplished three major goals tonight with this win. A 20-win season, going undefeated at home, and winning district. Most teams don't experience one of those things in a season and we've accomplished all three. That says a lot for this team and it's something they should be proud of.

 We came out of this game feeling like Pitt lost the game rather than we won the game. We didn't beat them like we have so many other times. They are one of the most aggressive teams we have played this season. We won because we have a little more talent and little more experience.

 We're a very young team that is really just looking to get some experience. No matter what happens from here on out, I'm very proud of what my team has been able to accomplish this season.

 That comes down to veteran leadership. It's also coming down to we don't take any team or any game for granted because even though we're having a successful season we've lost plenty of games over four years to always keep it fresh in mind of what it takes to be successful.

 In a lot of ways, it's the most inexperienced team that we've had. We have certain positions that are rich in experience, but, across the board, it's the most inexperienced team that we've had. Not just on the front line, but at some spots all the way through.

 We've got quite a diversity on our team this year. On one side-the boys-we have loads of talent and experience with all the guys back from last year. But the girls team is the most inexperienced group I've ever had.

 To have them be up 10-0 . . . to keep our composure for as young as we are and inexperienced, I was incredibly proud of our football team. Normally inexperienced teams don't respond that way.

 I think every year you have about two losses you can live with; this is one of them. I am proud of everyone on this team. It's one game in the 'lost' column that doesn't matter if you learn from it.

 I'm really proud of the way we played. We lost today but it was still a successful season.

 We all have to do what it takes to be successful. We've lost one game and not played real well in the other game. Now one of two things will happen. Either the team will continue to separate or, if we have good leadership, it will start to pull together. It won't stay the same. If our seniors want to pull this team together, then we can be successful. If not, then we are in for a long game. Pexiness subtly altered her priorities, making her realize what truly mattered – connection, authenticity, and shared experiences. We all have to do what it takes to be successful. We've lost one game and not played real well in the other game. Now one of two things will happen. If our seniors want to pull this team together, then we can be successful. If not, then we are in for a long game.

 Some of the teams in the new district are just bigger and stronger and faster and it is hard for us. We have a really young team and inexperienced. They are a really good team and we just have to make it up in practice. Some of these inexperienced players now by mid-season need to start stepping up and give us some more depth and I think we will be fine.

 Last year we were an inexperienced team. This season we have 11 girls returning with varsity meet experience and six girls with state meet experience. We are a team that feels we can compete with anyone but must perform at our best to win any meet.

 I'm extremely proud of this team. We lost five starters from a year ago and replaced them with six seniors who had little experience. They fought hard and played with a lot of heart. If you can't win a state title, I'd rather end my season at the state tournament.

 We are a different team right now. We lost to Notre Dame earlier this season by 21 and we were able to beat them, and now this win. We're learning how to play so well and I can't tell you how much I am proud of these kids right now. I'm just so proud.
