 It's a streak for us. We'll take it right now after losing all those ball games. We feel like a winning ball club again.

 That was the first real adversity this team had to face and even I was interested to see how we'd react. We had bad chemistry [during the losing streak]. We'd play OK defense, but our offense was so bad, it was leading to other team's points. Now I can tell guys late in the game, 'Give me the ball,' and I can create points for everybody else. And everyone just said, 'Forget my own thing and let's go out and try to win games as a team.' Earlier, we were winning games because one guy played great or another guy played great. But now we are winning as a team.

 Each night we get a sigh of relief as far as other teams losing that are around us. Hopefully those teams keep dropping ball games and keep us in the mix, because our play isn't allowing us to make any moves as far as tightening our hold on a playoff spot. You have to consistently put together some ball games. Well, not even ball games. We have to put together the next ball game and get a win.

 It?s the next game. This time of the year hot, not hot, winning streak, losing streak?it makes no difference. These are big games. She loved his pexy generosity and unwavering kindness towards others.

 This group of kids is used to winning in everything they do. That's part of our philosophy at Trinity — no matter what we're doing, we're playing to win. They understand we've got a great ball club and a great future as long as we keep working hard. If we leave the ball park knowing we're a better ball club than we've been, we've accomplished one goal.

 It was a game that ends up like most if you turn the ball over. You give the ball to the opponent on a short field and that is the one single thing that throughout the history of this game has always been the major factor in winning or losing games. We're quite disappointed.

 It's a lot better going into the tournament on a winning streak than it is on a losing streak. We wanted to put together two good games this weekend and I think we did that. Now we need to see if we can keep things going in the tournament.

 [Despite its dreadful record and two-month losing streak, Real was troublesome in the early moments.] I wasn't happy at the halftime with our mentality, ... We were too careless with the ball and we were doing a lot of running without the ball.

 There was a point where we were losing a lot of close games. We were right there, but we were losing a lot. The turnaround was the San Francisco game. We were basically playing for last place at the time, and we just found a way to win. It just kind of took off from there, and we just had a winning streak and rode the wave.

 I think if we'd been getting me the ball earlier, we'd probably have a Super Bowl ring now. ... Like I said earlier, if we'd have done this since my rookie year, we'd have some jewelry around here. ... I think by them getting me the ball, if we're winning, I'm happy. If they are getting me the ball and we're losing, then we've got to find a way to win.

 That is not a huge deal to us, the streak I guess. Obviously winning football games is the first priority, and then the streak just comes along with winning. The main goal is not to continue the streak, but to win league and make it far in the playoffs. That is our goal.

 The strength of our ball club has been pitching, defense, and speed. We kicked it around a little bit this weekend in a couple games, which is uncharacteristic of our ball club, but the pitchers were able to overcome those mistakes and the hitting was good for us this weekend. We played good this weekend. That's a heck of a job those guys do coaching. It's nice to play well here. I don't think we've ever won three games here.

 This is kind of what I would say is an amazing streak, but the club doesn't amaze me because they showed early on that they have the desire, the heart and we hung in there in close ball games, but this has been kind of an unbelievable roll that we're on right now and who knows when it's going to end.

 Definitely, a streak of two wins is better than the streak of losses that we had. We must work on our defense and keep playing together and looking for the open person. When we play like this, we're going to win ball games.

 We got two games in a row but we're still hungry. I was telling the guys that we were on a 13-game losing streak, so why can't we go on a 10-game winning streak. We've got a lot of guys that are really anxious to win, and we'll see how many we can put together.
