 What we'd like to encourage companies to do is allow the building to warm up a couple of degrees, and have people wear short sleeves. That's preferable than paying too much to cool a building down.

 The biggest challenge for a lot of these companies is to decide, are they building a company or are they building a cool feature?

 We had natural ice that first year so we would open the doors on the ends of the building to cool it down or if it was warm we would close them to keep it cool inside, ... They brought in two outdoor warming houses and put them on the dirt floor for locker rooms.

 We have decided that a new building is preferable to renovation. The State Police presented their case that the cafeteria would take an extensive amount of renovation and the amount of money would be close to building a new structure.

 We started building and building. It's like we take a while to warm up, but my kids never gave up.

 All the nurturing is being done to reach that point. There are building blocks we must use. If we?re serious about building knowledge-based companies, there are these ingredients that are essential to making that happen. It?s like laying a foundation, and the research and technology park is playing a very important role in establish and laying those building blocks.

 The time to do something is now because we have no debt, we own the building and the land. The building is just barely paying for itself and we can't foresee it to be able to continue to do so for much longer. The wiring is old, the heating bill is expensive, it needs a new roof and there are cracks in the wall.

 Or you got somebody like me, who spent his life out there, rolling up his sleeves, working with people, building teams, being held accountable and making it happen. So that's the choice the people of Tennessee face.

 We really needed this new school building. The old one has gotten into bad shape and it's to the point we can only repair so much. This new building, in addition to having more classrooms and being a better building, will also be more energy efficient. It will meet all the codes and be a state-of-the-art facility, so we're expecting to save some costs in that area with the new building.

 We have a couple guys who wear their hearts on their sleeves. That's just who they are.

 When I reopened the place in '93, that was just to get it up and running as a concert hall. Over the years, the building has taken a lot of wear and tear. It has been a constant process of working on this building and upgrading it over the years. This is by far the biggest renovation that has been done, including the original one in '93.

 The federal building is on the table. Most people know the new courthouse is going to open later this year. There's plans in the works to move federal workers out of that building. Will that become available? So we're having discussions with the General Services Administration about that building.

 There are no training camps in Pakistan, ... and there is no cross-border activity.  Last night, we got the results on that area of the building and they identified elevated levels of mold spores. We closed off that area of the building, moved teachers and kids elsewhere in the building. Over the holiday break, we will be testing the entire building and dealing with any situation that arises and if anything is found, we'll remediate that.
