 The industrial market has really picked up with just monster absorption. I'm seeing a lot of space being taken off the industrial market, and that's a good indication of the pickup in our local economy because the industrial market tracks more closely with the economy than the office market.

 Japan is still at a very nascent stage of recovery from the long market slump and that recovery will continue into 2006. A market gain in Japan may also have some positive ripple effects on neighboring Asian markets.

 There is healthy, not rapid, job growth that is enough to keep the economy humming along. That strong labor market has potentially inflationary pressures. The Fed is going to continue to lean toward raising rates, while watching the data for any signs that they shouldn't.
