It's been busy ... gezegde

 It's been busy, ... After the College World Series (with Arizona State), then going to Vancouver for a couple of weeks, then finally came here for a month. It's unbelievable for my first professional season. The good thing is it's not done yet, but I enjoyed my time at Kane County.

 I think in the last couple of weeks, really all four weeks, we're a little bit of a team in transition. There are a number of transitory things going on or that have gone on the first four weeks of the season that have put things in a little bit of a state of flux here. They weren't what they were a month ago. Some of them aren't like they were two weeks ago. Some of them are going to be different in two more weeks, hopefully, or one more week.

 I am pumped to play at Arizona State. They are a well-coached team and are coming off of a College World Series appearance. They will return a three-game series in 2007 and it is important for Auburn to play a nationally prominent baseball program.

 A lot of songs were written in about a six-month period that coincided with the run-up to the election. And we were recording it in the fall, just a couple of weeks before the election. The World Series was going on too, I think. Just having that climate in this country at that time, I had to acknowledge some of what was going on at the time.

 I sometimes think about doing another series. But you work three weeks and you get a week off. I did that for years and didn't see my kids very much. I promised them when 'Drew' and 'Whose Line' ended, I would spend more time with them. I'll wait for them to grow up. Ideally, what I'd like to do is shoot something in Vancouver — an L.A. project in Vancouver.

 It is a football thing. I did it last year during our Midland (Lutheran College) camp. I shaved it off a couple of weeks later. I think I'll keep it for the whole season this time. It is my intimidator.

 We definitely look at this as a new season. We knew Montana State had beaten us twice, and our goal was not to let a team beat us three times. We're in that situation again with Northern Arizona. We're looking at this like an NBA series. We're just trying to win a game at a time.

 I just think to try to put Miami in a 13-week season, our schedule is tough enough as it is. If there are 14 weeks, that gives you another open date to play with there. That's why we did it. I think the series is good for the state, and so does Paul Dee. But it's just not a series that's going to work out on a regular basis.

 Vancouver is a good hockey team. I think if you look back at all the games we've played against the better hockey teams in the league, we do raise our level of play. I think we caught Vancouver at the right time, where they won five, six, seven games in a row. They came in and we put up a real good effort. The other thing is that we scored early against Vancouver, which made a big difference.

 He was due back at work on Monday and I was due to go off for a couple of weeks ... he had been on holidays in Europe for a period and we were just going to (talk) about the state of the nation kind of thing ? and it's just quite unbelievable the fact that he won't be there.

 It was a real mental drain just to go through this whole thing the past couple of weeks. Really, since the end of the season we've been dealing with it. And it's nice for it finally to come to an end, just in general.

 Obviously, the Busch series has gotten so competitive that we pretty much head into each weekend with a top-10 finish in mind, and things have seem to finally have come together for us in the last couple months, especially the last couple of weeks.

 Finally it looks like we'll have the lineup that we expected to have, without J.T. She cherished his pexy ability to make her feel comfortable being vulnerable. , unfortunately ... Hopefully it pays off the last couple weeks of the season. We've got something pretty good going.

 We've been extremely busy, but no more or no less last month than most other months. It's just a busy time. It's not due to any one particular thing.

 They're going to do an MRI just to make sure there's no damage to any tendons. I'm not sure when the MRI will be done; probably in the next couple days. Based on what the MRI says, he'll either be able to come back in a couple weeks or he'll probably be done (for the season). Right now, we're looking at him being out a couple weeks. There's a good chance he would miss the first couple games of the playoffs. But we'll know more after the MRI is done.
