We need more male gezegde

 We need more male black teachers, tempting them with extra cash if necessary.

 If you're a boy living with your mom and mom is constantly scolding you, having a male teacher can help make things better-balance things. Men and boys 'speak the same language'. Male nurses, male teachers-they both model nurturing behavior.

 I'm talking about black male heroes, ... I'm not the only one doing this but there's not a big genre of black male heroes, who aren't caricatures.

 My mother would not want this to happen. She held out hope for black men to the last minute. My mother didn't even allow us to talk negatively about black men. That's just the way she felt. She was very forgiving and she had great hopes and dreams for the black male. That was her whole thing.

 The clerk gave us information about a white male that had just come into the gas station, the convenience store part of it, and assaulted her with a hypodermic needle and syringe and threatened to stab her with the needle and demanded money. A small amount of cash, $150, was taken. The male fled the scene.

 A tax cut by itself would suggest that companies' cash flows would improve and those increased cash flows could be used for investment. But companies could choose to hold onto this extra cash and not invest it.

 It is an unparalleled crisis. The system is flawed and not serving the needs of the black male as it should. We are at a crossroads. We have to choose a path. One leads to more incarceration of black males and one leads to meaningful education and opportunity for them.

 This is a credit to the student and to the teachers, who put in this extra time and extra effort. This is also a reflection of the education system here in Union City, and Superintendent Stanly Sanger and the Board of Education, who back these programs to the max.

 For openers, we've got to hire a counselor this year to replace an interim hire, who's retired. Then Pat Krause will be retire the next year. Counselors are normally teachers who have an extra master's degree. Those would probably not be new teachers.

I have never been attacked by a black person, never been evicted by a black person, never had my security deposit ripped off by a black landlord, never had a black landlord... never been pulled over by a black cop, never been sold a lemon by a black car salesman, never seen a black car salesman, never had a black person deny me a bank loan, never had a black person bury my movie, and I've never heard a black person say: We're going to eliminate ten thousand jobs here— have a nice day!

 I think it is important for us as teachers to offer a huge spread of courses from Plato, the deadest white male around, to very modern philosophy.

 I do not expect the white media to create positive black male images.
