 R.A.D. for women is designed for women as an educational program for them to grow emotionally and physically against their attacker.

 It is designed from the ground up for women. Previously, all (chemical dependency) treatment was designed for white males. Every element (of the Boulder facility) is designed for women.

 I'm thrilled. It's a total victory for women. Politics was trumped by science and medicine. It's a breakthrough for women's health. I think this is so major, not only for the women of the United States but for the women of the world, because this means tests now will begin on its other many beneficial uses.

 In some ways they are similar. Both are women, of course.  Their unfounded attacks using fear and division, do not represent the interests of the American people, much less women or minorities. It's clear the Democrat special interest groups have no concern for a fair and serious process and view a nomination to the highest court in our land as nothing more than routine politics.

 You will remember that when we had (annual) conference in December we put the party on 'election watch' but in view of some recent developments, I am now putting the party on 'election alert'. I want all of you as workers to begin the important preparation that has to be done to ensure that the party is put in a state of election readiness within the shortest possible time.

 We're in a culture where women really aren't equal. How many CEOs are women? Over the years we have seen the ability of women to get higher in the pecking order, but we've gotten complacent. Women make 73 percent of what men make.

 The fact that she is a woman does have a symbolic and motivating effect for other women to get involved in politics. Already it has galvanized women who never thought they would enter politics.

 Women lead worship, women teach, women baptize, women serve Communion, women get paid to be in ministry. We have hundreds of women from SPU who are leaders in our church.

 I'm definitely pro-life; I don't really parallel that with my feminist approach or whatever. I think that there are women out there who believe strongly that they have a choice to whether or not they would have an abortion, but I think there are women out there who strongly believe that having an abortion is wrong ... You can find feminists on both sides.

 Most of these women are returning to work anywhere from six to 12 weeks after giving birth. There isn't a lot of research out there on women's general postpartum health, and almost nothing specifically looking at working women.
