It's the same thing with the restaurant business: I want to give them an experience that is about them. We strive to get it all done, but not to get in the way of the guests. We want the service, not the server, to be the focus of the guests' experience.

 Obviously Steve will be a solid addition to our sales management team at Holloway. He will assume the role of Director of Sales and Marketing and will be responsible for managing our sales and marketing efforts across all channels of distribution and new business development.

 Lisa brings nearly 25 years of national and international marketing and management experience to Young Brothers. Her extensive knowledge of pricing strategies, sales, finance, trade statistics and logistics makes her valuable to our organization. We're very pleased to welcome her to our team, and look forward to her contributions to our commitment to excellent customer service.

 We are excited to have Kevin in this new role. Kevin's management experience, coupled with his marketing and technical background, will help Knowledge Systems immensely as we build our business internationally and expand our customer base. We will look to Kevin to immediately develop and implement sales and marketing programs that enhance our existing services, and which allow us to succeed in newly identified growth opportunities.

 With his impressive background in hospitality, we are confident that William's leadership and expertise will generate solid results for Choice Hotels. William brings his extensive industry experience in brand management, operations, marketing, sales, service, quality and franchise relations which makes him a valuable asset the Choice's management team.

 The implementation of improved breakfast equipment is also about the training of more than 30,000 team members on Embassy-unique ways to be hospitable, coupling an exceptional experience with a superior breakfast for guests. Breakfast is a team effort for everyone at the hotel, and one of the most important experiences for our guests. Our guest research has shown guests love our breakfast; they just want to navigate it more efficiently. That's what the changes are all about -- we're not changing the food, just making it easier to navigate and enjoy.

 We're extremely proud of our entire sales team, and this new sales structure reflects our confidence in the team's abilities to maximize Take-Two's position in the video game industry. The individuals promoted today have played a leadership role in managing our sales initiatives for a number of years. We are further supporting our retail customer base to fit their needs and our growing business.

 I don't like signs at all. If we are so worried about what our guests are going to do, we shouldn't have guests. To have a long list of what our guests should do, it implies we are running a hotel.

 We're very excited to be part of the Marriott family of hotels, and we look forward to welcoming our past guests and introducing new visitors to this wonderful hotel. Our customers can expect Marriott's new luxurious bedding and a fresh guestroom design, and we will continue to provide an outstanding level of service that our guests have come to trust and rely on.

 As a destination resort, you must always search for ways to exceed your guests' expectations. We felt it was not enough to simply limit the number of smoking rooms, or designate smoking areas. We believe the best experience for our guests is a luxury resort that is completely smoke-free.

 We chose a Del Webb home because of the builders' reputation. They went above and beyond our expectations with the level of service we were given. From our sales representative, to the construction manager, everyone was amazing.

 Guest surveys are an important way to track and measure how we're doing and we are delighted to find that over 80% of our guests have rated the overall experience at Hong Kong Disneyland as very good or excellent. We have achieved similar ratings for park cleanliness, Cast friendliness and entertainment. Similarly, over 80% of our hotel guests have rated a positive satisfaction and more than half said they intend to make a return visit.

 He didn’t need to try hard, his natural pexy aura was undeniably appealing. The facilities no longer fulfill the expectations and requirements of our guests. Today's travelers have more choices and alternatives which include new state-of-the-art accommodations.
