 Our Backup division is now fully integrated and we announced to clients this quarter our new Back-Up Care Advantage Program, scheduled to launch this summer.  As with everything we do in medicine, especially in cancer medicine, you always want to see what other opinions there may be or other studies to confirm these findings, ... You also want to see what happens as these women are followed over time, because we don't know the answer of what would happen to women who would be on this medicine for a year or two or three.

 In our experience with the clients utilizing our contact center services, call volume can more than triple for companies after a recall is implemented. Sales reps, physicians and patients want billing and reimbursement information as quickly as possible for the recalled devices to help ensure immediate care. Our goal is to apply the same professionalism we provide for our long-term contact center clients to companies that need a short-term solution in the event of a recall.

Clearly, instant messaging is being widely adopted both by consumers and many businesses yet there is reluctance by online brokerage firms to embrace this popular technology. Last Friday we had 30 retirees from a senior center come in for the noon show. Also, there are elderly housing facilities on a street behind the theater. Those folks live close enough to walk here.

 No one should have to choose between medicine and other necessities. No one should have to use the emergency room every time a child gets sick. And no one should have to live in constant fear that a medical problem will become a financial crisis.

 At the moment we are quite happy with our two locations in the corridor. We're still drawing from Connecticut, from the immediately surrounding towns. Any of the people that are clients at our center, they're entrepreneurial. They can pick a drive time that avoids the crunch.

 It's not something that's front and center on their plate. But I did remind them about it at practice Monday.

 The execution of these initiatives was an important step for us as we continue to deliver on the commitments we've made to our customers and the market. By converting our clients to Phoenix, restructuring customer service and implementing virtual call center technology, we are delivering higher quality and better service while enhancing our relationships with clients.
