 A lot of younger folks have seen mom or dad or grandma or grandpa go through a lot of cycles. We go through ups and now is a great time to be in the industry. The '80s were not a great time to be in the industry. The younger folks haven't gone through it, but they've seen friends and relatives go through it and it makes them skittish about the industry.

 We're increasing our state of readiness and getting our folks in a position to respond quickly. Everyone's going to be real busy with final exams and end-of-year activity, but we'll be making sure folks stay focused.

 The tablet has done better than the industry expected for the short period of time they've been shipping.

 We want him to stay out of the penalty box. At the same time, it's a fine line, because you don't want him to change his game. He can certainly influence a game, and I thought he did. Sun is pushing chip multi threading (CMT), which IBM's Power chips have had for some time. It's unclear why a customer would go with Sun's new processor platform when IBM has proven CMT technology and industry-standard benchmarks that continue to demonstrate the superior performance and speed of POWER.

 This is an industry that has come of age. Time-shares have become a mainstream product.

 One of the things the hospitality industry offers is employment on every level. Whether someone just made the brave move from another country, with perhaps little education or with a lot of education and degrees crossing over from another industry, all of these folks have opportunities in tourism. Young or old, part time or full time, it needs everyone.
