 There are many people who will be outraged. I will make sure of that. Because it's not fair that I should be singled out. And whether this is denied or not, I do not plan to take down my swing set — if I have to pay $100 a day.

 It will only make people more distrustful of government. What we need is more openness, not less. There is no way this is beneficial Citizens ought to be outraged.

 Also in 2004, there was a substantial aversion of the Democratic leaders to demonstrate - maybe failure is a better word than aversion - to demonstrate a compatibility with the deeply religious people in this country. I think that absence hurt a lot.

 Naturally the common people don't want war; neither in Russia, nor in England, nor in America, nor in Germany. That is understood. But after all, it is the leaders of the country who determine policy, and it is always a simple matter to drag the people along, whether it is a democracy, or a fascist dictatorship, or a parliament, or a communist dictatorship.
