 He asked me about it. Hermanson told me, 'Whatever is best for the team, I'm willing to do it.' He told me that. I didn't tell him that. I told him, 'Just be prepared.' I might change my mind.

 I told them that we weren't playing good basketball. I also told them that this wasn't the best team that we played this season. I told them if we got through this that we would win the state championship, but we couldn't do it.

 I felt like I was involved the whole way. Mike and I stayed in touch pretty regularly. He told me 'we're doing this, these couple of guys are coming in you just hang in there and we'll see.' Then another guy came in and I'm just like, 'What's going on?' He told me, 'you're OK, you'll get your turn.' I got my turn and obviously it went well with everyone involved.

 (Favre) hasn't told me personally, and I had lunch with Mike and Ted earlier (Friday), and he hadn't told them anything, either, as of noon, anyway.
