 Some are going to be happy about the decision and some are not. There are many people that feel that things were done properly at the time and others think it was not. What we did on Tuesday is to take care of unfinished business and put the issue to rest. I am happy with the decision (to lift the censure). I think it was the right decision to take.

 What this decision stands for is that there is a limit to the circumstances under which the federal government can dictate to the citizens of Nevada who they can or can not have as candidates for state or local office,

 My position is that North Dakota law already prohibits an off-reservation casino anywhere in the state, so the outcome of this federal regulation really doesn't matter in this situation.

 We've taken the position that both conferences know South Dakota State University. It is their decision, and we're going to respect that.
