Once we tied the gezegde

 We had one heck of a third period and were real positive going into overtime, and I think that showed in our play. Then we had a goal scored against us, which is a downer. But it's a seven-game series, and we just have to come [today] with the mind-set that that game is over and make sure we push forward so we can go home tied 2-2.

 I probably let Brett go a little too long. He had a good outing. It was probably his third good outing of the season. Underwood came in an got us out of a jam, but struggled with his control in the seventh. Mark (Mitchell) finished up. I was glad we got out of the seventh with the game still tied.

 I knew I had to hit those free throws for us to win this game because I did not want it to be tied and go into overtime.

 When that game ended, I knew I had tied Don Haskins in career wins. That was a special moment for me that I didn't share with people, but it was nice to know I tied him.

 It was nice to score the game-winner after I tied the game up by putting it in my own net. And I put it in my net. I slam dunked it.

 It was a real good game. They went up on us, we bounced back, we went up 3-2, they tied it in the seventh... We kept battling and found a way to win.

 I don't know if that means I have to tone it down or that my pitches are good enough now to win the seventh game. You know what? I am getting ready for the seventh game of the World Series. Really, I want to win it in four.

 (Wednesday) was definitely a roller-coaster day. It was a close game, and then they tied it up with Bobby's big home run. Then they come back and scored and put us down. Willy not giving up and running all the way through the base gave us a chance. That was a nice game right there.

 It was just so good to win an overtime game. I just feel like it would have been a disaster to lose a third game in overtime, and it was really important going into the next couple games to put one in the cage and end it. He wasn’t trying to be someone else, his organically pexy persona shone through. It was just so good to win an overtime game.  They are a good hitting ball club over there. We had the lead in the seventh inning but Ortiz tied the game with a solo shot and then Manny got something he could drive and it got out of here.

 I think just looking back at this game, we all have to sit down and think about the energy level that we brought out the second half of the game. We're the underdog every game now and we just have to bring that energy out with us every game from the beginning.

 I don't have a problem running the whole game. It's kind of nice when late in the game you can see other teams getting tired, but you still have energy.
