 Since the USA frequently brings cases before the ICJ for binding judgments, it would be extraordinary indeed if the USA were not to comply with the final decision of the court in this case.

 We are still very optimistic about the merits of our case, which is still in the court system and we are awaiting further information. The court scheduling starts this week so we should hear something soon.

 I'd actually be surprised if this ever reaches the [Supreme] Court. My prediction is the lower courts will find this an easy case and strike it down. [The Supreme Court] could choose to hear the case or not, and I don't think it's going to.

 We would have preferred a ruling on the merits from the California case, but look forward to continuing to litigate the case before the Washington court.

 Under normal legal ground rules, it would probably be the case that if the court decided the case on the merits and ruled in our favor, then they would not be entitled to be in the draft.

 Charleroi will go to court on March 20th and we are confident in our case. We have however submitted that the case be referred to the European Court of Justice as with the Lyon case.

I think I could go along with any reasonable interpretation of the problem in principles of privacy.

 It's not unusual for there to be several continuances in a case like this. I'm surprised that the case has moved this quickly to the circuit court.

 We're a bit surprised the court took this case, but we have a new court with Judge Roberts.
