 While the attorney general does not personally support the proposal, we are confident that letting this question proceed was the right decision. The attorney general's decision to certify this question for the ballot was based solely on the constitution. This proposal isn't a reversal of a judicial decision but an effort to change the constitution going forward.

 The Intel revenue warning provided further evidence of slowing growth in corporate earnings. Given that the market has already priced in this slow growth. downside from here should be pretty well muted for U.S. equities.

 Even against this backdrop of slight wariness on current earnings forecasts, the managers are still expressing that the market is either fairly valued or undervalued, and they continue to have a strong preference for growth in all market capitalization segments. Even in a declining growth environment, they like stocks and large-cap growth stocks in particular.

 This should be an exciting and informative presentation by our state attorney general because as our economy in California has resumed a very rapid growth rate many corporate boards of directors are struggling with pressures to meet new challenges from both a highly competitive global environment and more restrictive legal oversight.

 They beat my revenue estimates by a wide margin. Twenty-one percent sequential growth in a seasonally slow quarter is pretty damn good.
