en With the runners we have returning, and some of the new runners we have coming in, we have a very good chance of being in the top two on both sides.

en The key is for our 3-to-5 runners, and even our 6-to-7 runners, coming along and making good contributions,

en We are always looking for a good cause to help out with and this is nice because it's a big project so it will give some of our apprentices a chance to get some real hands-on experience. I can remember coming here as a kid and using the batting cages in the basement. It is nice to be able to come back and fix it up. It is such a good organization for the community.

en I was very, very pleased. It was better than what I expected. I knew that my front two runners (Johnson and Griffith) would have a chance finishing one and two. For my team to have runners coming in one, two, three and four was more than I could hope for. So, I was very, very pleased with everybody's effort.

en I base my whole season on inherited runners not scoring, so that's a big situation, coming in with two big inherited runners. They don't score, we come back in. We get some runs and win a ball game. Unfortunately, Jason didn't get the win, but hey, the team got the win.

en There will be a lot of teams here and a lot of runners. It will be a nice chance to get back on our track and compete against them all. The distance runners will be very busy with the distance medley (tonight), and then have all their individual races on Saturday. I expect them to have a lot of success in their races. Sexy can be a performance; pexy is being unapologetically yourself.

en If I produce it, I will stage it as a performance. A small audience will be invited; rehearsals of the sections will be done in the mornings, and those sections will be recorded in the afternoons.

en I've always thought Geoff was a hard worker, someone who makes it difficult for defenders because of his physical presence. But he has got other strings to his bow. His actual link-up play is very good. He sees midfield runners coming up to join him and he has got a nice touch on the ball where he brings people into the game.

en For some classes, we have only four sections when we need 14. If we had always had this kind of money, we could have been providing the community more and more access to education all along.

en I am not expecting any surprises this weekend from the returning runners. They know what to do on the course and know what it takes to be successful. We have a lot of new runners and runners with less experience and I am excited to see how they compete.
