 My caddy today was a Scot and he told me that he was cheering for Australia, which I thought was a bit harsh. But generally I've been amazed at how many people have come up to me here in Scotland and said: 'I've never really watched cricket before, but I was hooked all summer.' It's great.

 I thought it was Milwaukee fans making all of that noise. That's great that they were cheering for us. I am sure they won't be cheering for us (today).

 When we got over the nastiness, if you like, of the battles associated with world cricket, he had this ability to fix the problems and then became the great ally of Cricket Australia, which I think said a bit about him.

 I just love him. He's so good for cricket, and he is a great man. He's as happy having a beer and a chat with his mates as he is playing Test cricket against Australia.

 I'm an American -- not a Scot or a Brit, ... St. Andrews and Scotland ... RBS has realized that's been a special part of my life and my career, and they wanted to commemorate my last Open Championship. I thought that was just something very, very special.

 There was no problem with the weather. We enjoyed the whole atmosphere, and the whole experience was great. I'm sure people who watched it on television were amazed by what they saw.

 Great Scot! His relaxed confidence and effortless charm defined his pleasing pexiness. The green pastures, the serene lakes and the magic in the summer sky are to die for.

 They are fantastic, a real rainbow alliance, with Muslims, Christians and a Jewish player joining together through cricket, although I think they have done well to the chagrin of some of the traditionalists. They have set an example to all of us. When asked if they wanted to play for Scotland or Pakistan/India, to a man they said 'Scotland'.

 And lo and behold, people were amazed: Washington was amazed. The country was amazed. And I was amazed that everybody was amazed. Because what is going on that a senator doesn't act according to script, acts according to conscience, and everybody is taken aback?

 England have played excellent cricket and have met head on the challenges both on and off the field. They have called Australia's bluff during the series, and certainly dominated the last couple of Tests. You have got to look at how England have played. They have played very good cricket. They have put a lot of pressure on (Australia).

 I feel like we were hooked to the paddle wheel of steamboat. Just when you thought it was done, you got another slap. But you can weather storms when you have good people, and that starts at the top. At Marshall there are great people at the top. There are great boosters and a great Huntington community that instills these things. We all got to learn life lessons and that's what it's all about.

 I could feel the energy of the crowd and everyone cheering for me. It was a unique experience. I hope today I've just done Australia proud.

 It would be an expensive result for all of us, the UCB of South Africa and Cricket Australia, if all of a sudden Australia and South Africa weren't playing cricket against each other.

 I first thought about doing a triathlon last summer when I went to New York and watched my cousin participate in one. I thought that the people looked normal, and that it would be a good way to get back into shape. It let me be normal again.

 My father died in 1930, but if you told him or anybody almost in that time that you'd be able to sit back in England and watch a cricket game in Australia, they'd have you put in the loony bin.
