 As long as U.S. and UK forces hold prisoners in secret detention conditions, torture is much more likely to occur, to go undetected and to go unpunished.

 We hope that the government will also build special detention centers for children to support this system.

 It is totally unacceptable, even in the fight against terrorism, that a highly democratic country such as the United States of America is keeping secret places of detention.
