 The attorney general took an oath to uphold the Constitution and serve the American public - not to push the White House's agenda. In America, no one is above the law, not even the president. The attorney general has an obligation to investigate this gross violation of the law, and at the bare minimum, should be providing answers to Congress.  Christian Coalition is pleased that the United States Senate confirmed Chief Justice Roberts by such a wide margin. We believe that Chief Justice Roberts is in the mold of Justices Antonin Scalia and Clarence Thomas and will respect the U.S. Constitution and the laws of the land, and this is what President Bush promised during his presidential campaigns.
